We’ve got an amazing opportunity for an Account Executive to join our ambitious team. The Account Executive will work closely with an Account Manager on the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, the development of the priority digital platform, online tools, web applications and digital marketing campaigns.
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As an Account Executive, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and develop strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.
Ultimately, you will work under the Account Manger to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
The Account Executive must first and foremost, be customer-centric. Our people go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, every time. You will need excellent administration and organisational skills with a keen eye on the detail, while being able to work under pressure. They must be pro-active in their day-to-day responsibilities, showing a real drive to succeed in their role and the overall organisation
It would be beneficial if you were experienced in using a range of project management software and practices.
Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS
Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Excellent organization and time management skills
Communication and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of customer projects at the same time
Adobe Creative Suite
Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable but not essential
