We’ve got an amazing opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our ambitious team. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, the development of the priority digital platform, online tools, web applications and digital marketing campaigns.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Digital project manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and develop strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.

 

The experience we need

The Account Manager will currently be a senior account executive working on large scale digital projects and must have managed website build projects before. You’ll be adept at building effective customer relationships and working with several stakeholders to deliver targets. You’ll be able to work independently (without much supervision but support is there when you need it) while doing all that is expected – smooth and reliable processes, meeting deadlines, managing expectations, top tech knowledge and more.

It would be beneficial if you were experienced in using a range of project management software and practices.

Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS

Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues

Excellent organization and time management skills

Communication and team management skills

Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of customer projects at the same time

Understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Adobe Creative Suite

Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable but not essential

Provide end-to-end project management

Scope project requirements and prepare budget

Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications

Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics

Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
